I will respond to messages as soon as I possibly can, likely within 24-48 hours.
Messages sent Saturday or Sunday will receive a response asap, but most often on the upcoming Monday.
Submitting a contact form does not secure your order or desired date.

Payment will not be required until your order form/date is approved by Em.

Orders are not finalized until all cookie details are confirmed by Emily and payment is made in full.
All orders will be submitted as basic and Emily will review the order to ensure Basic vs. Elaborate. Cancellation within 7 days of pickup will be subject to a fee. There are NO refunds for ordered cancelled within 72 hours of pickup date. Because you are ordering a custom product, refunds will not be issued on cookies that are not picked up during the agreed upon time frame. If you are not able to make it during that time frame, a new time needs to be arranged at least 24 hours prior to that date.
We try to be flexible whenever possible, but please be respectful and be on time for your pick up. Thank you! ~ Emily
